Appointments

HIPPA-protected Zoom sessions are available Tuesday through Thursday and may be scheduled by phone at (206) 323-0339 or by email at unfoldingheart@icloud.com.

Fees

• Individual Therapy Sessions / Professional Case Consultation Sessions are $250.00 per 60 minutes.

• Couple & Marital Sessions are $280.00 per 60 minutes.

• Additional/in-between session check-in time is billed in 10 - 15 minute increments.

• Payment is discussed/agreed upon with signature before the first appointment in keeping with the WA / AZ State requirements to provide a “good faith estimate.” Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

• Kathleen offers Ivy Pay, a HIPPA-secure credit card / HSA payment option.

• Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required.

• Clients are financially responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments; this means full payment for the reserved session.

Insurance

Kathleen Tyrrell is an "out-of-network" provider for most insurance carriers. This means clients pay in full at the beginning of each session. Upon request, Ivy Pay provides a receipt after payment for each session. Clients send this receipt to their insurance company for reimbursement. Ask the questions below if you want your insurance carrier to reimburse you.
